Karen's sister Sarah

Aaannnd, here's a little picture of Karen's younger sister, Sarah. The scene(s) with her were the original inspiration for the plot of the game.

Cheers!

  1. Even if you won't create the game is good to see these pictures.

  2. I prefer Karen tbh. This one looks too generic while the other one had some personality.

  5. And thus goblinboy did ride into the background where he could continue to watch what was going on and plough said sisters. While the rest of the community continued to wonder why do you torture us so??

Verily amused he was yet thoughtful nonetheless..."what comes next!?" they asked??
"Haven't the foggiest" he replied "but I suppose i'll keep yee posted nonetheless, probably?"
"Good enough for us!" They replied and there was much rejoicing and merry making.

Then the boy laughed for he knew he had sowed the seeds of interest in his wake, if only he actually felt like pursuing it. Meh maybe one day but not today, for today was his day!

  6. Only goblinboy has the right to decide what doing in the future.
At least he could retrieve "The Haunting of Kristen", I, and I read of at least another 2 people, had searched for a long time without success, but like said it's different if the author asks, and for very good reasons.
Bomire wrote some hours ago on yahoo, so it's probable that if Goblinboy wrote at the associated email he succeeded in contacting him, I think he didn't post on AIF archives, because now it's more complicate to register and he deleted the old account and email.
I don't think Goblinboy had problems to be identified by Bomire, because I don't think many could know that he sent him the prologue, there is the possibility that the files have been deleted, but this is between them.

Yep, Yahoo! now require you to register a cell phone number, which a lot of people are either unable or unwilling to do. Another reason to find an alternative to aifarchive in my opinion, but that's another story...

    2. Many times people are lazy, if it would have been compulsory for all to add a phone number I think that the aif archive would have been "dead" in little time, but seen that the older account are active I think that we will need a bit of time before all the community there begin to search a new place.

    3. The problem is that there isn't really a new place, nor does one seem likely to appear. I think the subreddit is the least worst option, but it's not likely to make people abandon aifarchive.

I agree that aifarchive isn't going anywhere. I was thinking more of the barriers it creates for newcomers to the community.

    4. Yes, even I was thinking of the barriers for newcomers, probably tge community will become even more fragmentated before the beginning of a reunion, at least if not happen something I cannot predict but this is only my opinion.

    5. As of the time of writing, aifarchive has 17642 members. That may sound like a lot, but it's a lot less than 'niche' sites such as Hypnopics (41k) and tfgamessite (52k). It also doesn't generate much activity (2014 had the fewest number of posts 2003).

Sadly, it's one of those problems where everyone agrees that something should be done, but no one (including myself) is willing to do it.

      C'est la vie

    6. I'm curious. How many unique visitors does this blog get?

    7. Unfortunately, Blogger only keeps track of pageviews, which are a bit less meaningful.

On average this blog gets about 14,000 pageviews a month, with a high of 25k and a low of 7k.

  7. It certainly looks great.

I have to admit... despite all the great writers who are trying to feed the community's hunger for fresh AIF games and the fantastic job they're doing with their ideas and stories, I still feel myself yearning for that GoblinBoy charm, the pretty custom pictures to go with the extensive erotic writing and the plot that's somehow completely out of its mind and yet coherent and intriguing.

I know you've absolutely needed that break from going from game to game to game without as much as a breather, and considering the amount of work you put into each game, that is more than understandable.

I don't know if you're actually actively working on something, just thinking about it and working out a plot to see where it leads you or if you're retired for good. I just wanna say in my own words what you've already been told and what you most certainly know: That there's always a place here and I would love to get my hands on another one of your games.
