Game Release: The Aftermath

I have just released my second game, a mini-sequel to The Lost Hound written in TADS. I'll keep this brief since I wrote a longer introduction elsewhere, which you can read along with the download link over here:

Enjoy!

  1. I grabbed it and only got started. Hopefully I get a chance to play through it all in the next day or so. Congrats on the release!

I had a lot of fun with the full-length game, so no doubt this one will be loads of fun! And from the readme -- "There is no combat," so for those of you out there that disliked it, don't be afraid!

  2. This is as big as most games that get released these days. Damn fine writing as usual too. Interesting world on top of the smut. Is there a way to get an Aura/Sophia threesome in game?

  3. Enjoying this but I seem to be becalmed - I've set things up with Sophia, think I've done the "tasks" in the four spaces downstairs, and found what I can find in all the bedrooms (which maybe not as much as I should have? But not a lot going on there now), and now just got Melya endlessly gardening and Sophia writing... any hints?

    1. You might have already passed this, but just in case... if you haven't already, take another look in the bedrooms - especially the one where you feel another person's presence.

If you've already crossed that hurdle and found the person, then maybe you could ask Melya about them.

    3. I have looked in the room but Melya answer always to ask later, instead Aura and Selene helped, it's possible to ask Melya instead and how?

  4. This game has easter egg or scenes that you can miss if you don't do the right thing at the right moment like the first game ?
Or it's more linear because it's a shorter game ?

    1. I answered on SL, but just to answer here for those who are wondering: not much. I never got a chance to test, but it may be possible to miss a scene in the spa (happens before going to the classroom), but I don't know.

Also there is a scene at the very end that you can miss out on. It seems to hinge on asking her about a couple of topics you learn about just before going to speak to her from what I can tell.

It is more linear in regards to there being little areas to move about and thus it is more condensed, as well as the big time sink of combat being removed from the game. That said, there are still plenty of sexual scenes and some decisions about the order in which you tackle various 'problems' to proceed.
